How do I know which height range of motorhome awning to purchase? My vehicle is pretty high!
Most campervans or motorhomes that you will want to attach a driveaway awning to will either have a "c" channel or gutter rail, otherwise you can attach over the roof or to a windout Fiamma Awning. Whichever it is that you are attaching to, measure from the ground up to this height and you will know which section to look at.
A lot of van conversions will have some kind of rail or "C" channel attached, most larger motorhomes have a Fiamma or similar wind out awning that you can attach to. You can wind this awning out until it's low enough to reach, attach the awning via a fixing kit, then wind it back up.
High vans such as Class A and Class C motorhomes, and van conversions such as the H2 versions of the Peugeot Boxer, Renault Master, Vauxhall Movano and the Citroen Relay and Fiat Ducato will likely fall into the 240cm - 295cm height range. To be sure, simply get a tape measure and check the height from the ground up to the attaching point, rail or Fiamma windout awning.
